After teaching 5 day classes on website design for multiple months, Kathleen decided that it was time to actually design and launch a real website. What she found surprised her greatly. The reality of website design differed greatly from all the books and courses. Namely they never spoke about the human aspect of the web design. The hardest part by far in designing a successful website is gathering the content getting everyone to agree on layout, color schemes and content.
